SHIPPING INFORMATION

We offer Free Worldwide Shipping. We will make sure your order arrive at your doorstep wherever you are in this whole wide world. Most orders are processed in 2-4 business days and are delivered in 5-9 days depending on your location

All orders are also fully tracked with live tracking numbers so you can know exactly where your order is located.


LOST PACKAGE


We do not refund for lost packages. Please consider adding insurance to your package.

HOW DO I KNOW YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER?

Once you've placed your order, you will be directed to an order confirmation message which will contain your order number. This information will also be emailed to you; this can take up to 30 minutes to arrive in your inbox- so hold tight! Once our team at the warehouse have processed your order, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order is on its way to you.

You will also receive a Tracking Number so you can track your oder when it is on its way to you.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping shipments, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was shipped more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

ORDER CANCELLATION

All orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

CUSTOM CHARGES

All International orders are subject to the receiving country's import fees, duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees. These funds are neither paid to OIO nor are they set by OIO, rather they are paid to and set by your home country's government as per import/export regulations and charged by your local postal carrier.


Funds are due upon receipt in accordance with your local import and postal regulations and are customers


The buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.


Packages are marked with the value of the item as paid by the customer in legal accordance with international postal regulations.


We do not mark packages as a gift.


To falsify the amounts paid or the contents of the package on customs forms could lead to hefty fines that our business would not be able to handle.

We absolutely love what we do and will not engage in any practices that would jeopardize our ability to continue doing what we love.

REFUSING TO PAY CUSTOMS


If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to OIO, there will be no refund issued.


If you're still unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we'd recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.


CUSTOMS CLEARANCE


Customers are fully responsible to follow the customs clearance procedure and formalities by providing all necessary documents required by customs according to their country's law and regulations to clear their orders.


OIO takes no responsibility whatsoever for orders being returned to the shipper or abandoned if customer failed to provide the required paperwork in time.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, kindly notify us via email at support@tryoio.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 12 hours or before the package are shipped
