Returns or Exchange Policy

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. You must specify the reason of return / exchange in an email to customer service at support@tryoio.com - All returns must be authorised by a member of the OIO Customer Service Team.

The item must be in its original packaging, this includes all accompanying screws and fittings that were included in the order.

Damaged box, stained, folded cards, broken seal/plastic foiling, missing parts will not be accepted.

If the condition of the returned package is not in an acceptable condition we reserve the rights to not refund or exchange.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • The package is not in its original packaging, meaning it is not fit for re-sale immediately

The shipping fees for the return packages will be paid by the customers.

There may be a restocking fee up to $25 which applies to all standard returns.

The name on the order and the order number should be indicated on the return label. Please note that return label can only be issued to damage or wrong item delivered.

Faulty device/product: 

The customer is required to send proof (photo/video) that shows the issue. 

We offer a money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping.

Custom Charges

Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by OIO. Failure to pay customs charge may result in the destruction of your order by customs.

If you your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

Refunds

Returned items are inspected by a third-party verification process. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

The refunds will be processed within 5-10 days.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

We do not refund for last, unclaimed or undelivered packages.

If a package is returned as undelivered/unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier. 

If a package is returned or abandoned for refusing to pay the country's import tax/ custom charges, it is the customer's responsibility and we reserve the right to refuse the refunds.

Incorrect Address

If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, kindly notify us via email at support@tryoio.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 12 hours or before the package are shipped. 

We will not be responsible for any packages sent to the wrong address 12 hours after the packages are shipped.

Return Shipping 

The shipping fees for the return packages will be paid by the customers. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We don't guarantee and are not responsible for receiving the return package.

Once we received your initial email request for return, upon arrival, you may return your product we provided via email within 7 days. Unfortunately, if 7 days has passed we are unable to accept the return.

Please do not send the item prior to notification, we have the rights to refuse the returned item if failure to do so.
