How to get the best results?
Make sure to read and follow all instructions carefully and always to consult with your physician in advance.
For starters we recommend 3-5 minutes sessions on a soft flat surface like a bed or couch during the first week and gradually progress to a harder surface for better range of motion. Then make your way up 5-7 minutes on the second week to 7-15 minutes afterwards once you have gotten more and more comfortable and used to the therapy.
When & how often should I use OIOTRAX™ ?
You can use the device 2-3 times a week or daily if needed
Some users prefer to use it in the morning as it increases their range of motion, relieves painful stiffness and energizes them for the whole day. Or at night as it helps them to sleep much better.
Athletes prefer to use the device before and after workouts to relieve pain and muscle pressure.
Is there any contraindication?
Do not use other medical electronic devices at the same time, such as pacemakers, heart-lung machines or electrocardiographs as this could be dangerous. If the patient is simultaneously using high frequency surgical equipment or other related equipment, the electrical pulse pads in the device may cause burns or damage the equipment. Although OIO-TRAX™ is safe to use, we highly recommend consulting your physician before using this device or any other medical grade equipment, especially if you are pregnant, have skin sensitivities, heart disease, blood pressure abnormalities, malignant tumors, cerebrovascular diseases, diabetes, etc.
Generally you should avoid cervical traction if you have:

Accidental drops, installation failures, normal wear, and tear, etc. caused by the owner are not covered under this warranty.

How to submit a warranty:
You must Ship or Mail back your original products with the Warranty Claims Form. To obtain the Warranty Claims Form, contact our customer support at support@tryoio.com or through the chat.
The return address will be provided via email support.
Once the product is received by OIO, the product will be inspected (within 7-10 business days of receipt on average) to determine if it is covered under the limited warranty. If the product is determined to be covered under the warranty, OIO, under its judgment and discretion, will repair, replace, or recondition the product. Returns or Exchange Policy
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. You must specify the reason of return / exchange in an email to customer service at support@tryoio.com - All returns must be authorised by a member of the OIO Customer Service Team.
The item must be in its original packaging, this includes all accompanying screws and fittings that were included in the order.
Damaged box, stained, folded cards, broken seal/plastic foiling, missing parts will not be accepted.
If the condition of the returned package is not in an acceptable condition we reserve the rights to not refund or exchange.
We do not issue the refund if:

Custom Charges
Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by OIO. Failure to pay customs charge may result in the destruction of your order by customs.
If you your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.
Refunds
Returned items are inspected by a third-party verification process. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
The refunds will be processed within 5-10 days.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
We do not refund for last, unclaimed or undelivered packages.
If a package is returned as undelivered/unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier.
If a package is returned or abandoned for refusing to pay the country's import tax/ custom charges, it is the customer's responsibility and we reserve the right to refuse the refunds.
Incorrect Address
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, kindly notify us via email at support@tryoio.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 12 hours or before the package are shipped.
We will not be responsible for any packages sent to the wrong address 12 hours after the packages are shipped.
Return Shipping
The shipping fees for the return packages will be paid by the customers. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for updating us the tracking number of the return shipment.
We don't guarantee and are not responsible for receiving the return package.

We offer Free Worldwide Shipping. We will make sure your order arrive at your doorstep wherever you are in this whole wide world. Most orders are processed in 2-4 business days and are delivered in 5-9 days depending on your location
All orders are also fully tracked with live tracking numbers so you can know exactly where your order is located.
LOST PACKAGE
We do not refund for lost packages. Please consider adding insurance to your package.
HOW DO I KNOW YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER?
Once you've placed your order, you will be directed to an order confirmation message which will contain your order number. This information will also be emailed to you; this can take up to 30 minutes to arrive in your inbox- so hold tight! Once our team at the warehouse have processed your order, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order is on its way to you.
You will also receive a Tracking Number so you can track your oder when it is on its way to you.
MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.
For some shipping shipments, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was shipped more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
ORDER CANCELLATION
All orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
CUSTOM CHARGES
All International orders are subject to the receiving country's import fees, duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees. These funds are neither paid to OIO nor are they set by OIO, rather they are paid to and set by your home country's government as per import/export regulations and charged by your local postal carrier.

The buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.
Packages are marked with the value of the item as paid by the customer in legal accordance with international postal regulations.
We do not mark packages as a gift.
To falsify the amounts paid or the contents of the package on customs forms could lead to hefty fines that our business would not be able to handle.

REFUSING TO PAY CUSTOMS
If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to OIO, there will be no refund issued.

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE
Customers are fully responsible to follow the customs clearance procedure and formalities by providing all necessary documents required by customs according to their country's law and regulations to clear their orders.
